    Cant contact Avid - website useless - Avid taking payments 6 months late!

    Sorry for posting here but I have spent a hour trying to find and email, phone number or WORKING form on the Avid website.

    Any ideas on how to get in touch with Avid sales

    My credit card was used either by Avid or a third party to buy products and I cant contact anyone.

     

    very frustrating!

    Turns out Avid are taking payments from people 6 months late without warning.

    This has caused me endless problems with a fraud trigger on my credit card

    Just got an email from avid customer care saying they hit credit card 6 months late and they only hit it once. "We will be providing all affected customers a discount code within the next week by way of apology." Still confused how/why but we'll see.

    Happened to me as well and I am not happy at all. Avid responded once to me and that was it. I am not a large studio or post house. I can't have my credit card affected like that. I have no clue what the glitch was but I am not a happy customer right now.

    The first email was an apoloy for the situation that shouldnt have occured the way it did.  You shall all receive ( those affected mind you ), a second communication shortly that will contain a discount code for use on the store.
