Canon C300 Mark II and Avid 7.0.4 file trouble

Has anyone been able to import or AMA link files shot on a C300 Mark II to Avid 7.0.4? I have the Canon xf64 Plugin (version 2.0.3.4). Footage is 1080p. I tried shooting in both 24 and 30 fps and neither is recognized by Avid. I get a warning that says the compression is unrecognizable. In the bin under video is says Unsupported 1080.

I know this works in 8.x but I can't upgrade until July and would like to work on these files before then.

    Anybody out there have success?

Why not, meanwhile , use another system and trial mode of the latest Avid, link and transcode, and move the media to your MC 7 system
