    2 questions about Title Tool

    1) How do you change the default font face in Avid Title tool?

     

    2) Title Tool will not let me Bold or Italic the certain font face I want to use. It will just default to another font fact when I try. Was never a problem in the older version of Avid. Any thoughts?

    You can't change the default typeface.

    What kind of font are you using?

    Have you tried NewBlue or Marquee?

    You might want to make sure the font you are using has the bold and italic versions installed and active on that computer. You can use FontBook to do that.
