Hi, anyone having problems with PDZK-MA2 v3.51.
It keeps offering a dialogue box telling me to uninstall earlier version - but this does not exist after uninstalling previous version. So stuck basically meaning cannot seem to relink any ex1 ie older XDCAM footage
Thanks
John
Hi John,
How about uninstalling the old version from the Windows programs and feature does it help?
Regards,
Ralph
It was completely uninstalled but for some odd reason the installer doesn't see it that way. I have tried reinstalling previous version (which does install) and then uninstall again. But latest codec simply will not install

I didn't have a problem. Have you got anything odd installed like Quicktime Alternative? Next best bet is something like Revo to completely clean up the install..
Can we go back to the way audio nodes used to be selected? Please? ie if you have audio nodes at the same time on selected tracks; then selecting 1 audio node selects them all at that time. Having to shift select nodes or add an in and out is time consuming and counter productive. At least make it an option.

Have you tried to remove them all from inside Avid/AVX2/ama
Tomas
I found there's a problem with Sony installer. I unistalled previous PDZK-MA2 plugin and after that I had to manually delete empty XDSDeck folder found in C:\Program Files\Avid\AVX2_Plug-ins\AMA\. After that I was able to install PDZK-MA2 v. 3.5.1.

Hi,
have done a total trawl and cannot find traces - even used Revo Uninstaller but still get the same message that I must remove an earlier version
Ah, great - tried that and you;re right, it did the trick! Thanks
