when i start the App Man,
the Status window is saying: There is a Problem with your account.
Under Abonnenmets is to read: You do not have any product. Please visit th Avid Store to buy one.
The funny thing is i renewed my license in June 2016, MC is valid 07/01/17
btw. MC is running fine
but what do i do with the App Manager?

Hello Florian,
I got the same error message when I open up my AppMan today.
Here is what I did to get it working.
1. Sync Account, it took almost 10 minutes to get my AppMan to show my subscription.
2. Log out and log back in.
3. Restart AppMan helper.. 10-15 minutes for the account to sync.
Be sure to pay attention to the AppMan Status, this will tell you what it is currently doing.

I am having the same problem since a day or two!

There is definately an issue with the connection between appman and My Avid. Vicky, my boss is escalating it now and we have a lot of tickets ( #'s ) that Raff and I gathered to support this issue.
Stand by while we see if IT can jump on it quickly
This issue is back!

Are you in version 2.5.9? Sync Appman, log in log out might help. Be sure you are log into correct email ( I say this because I have two email for Avid master account an avid.com and gmail.com, when I accidentally log in my Gmail address I got this same message) Let me know how it goes.
