OK, so, it deleted all my System ID and activation details, and I don't have a record of my System ID or Activation ID.
OK, got the IDs from Avid's website, activated Sibelius again, set it logging in with credentials.
Now it's reporting server problems and problems with user re-login.

same problem here on OSX Mavericks, latest AppManager and latest Sibelius versions. As a result Sibelius acts like it wasn't activated so i lost many options. And i have extremely urgent work... Obviously... I've opened a case BTW
Seems to me like something has gone badly wrong with their servers and they should acknowledge that it's a systemic problem ather than keep treating each case as if it was a one-off.
Here, AppMan is not working either. For days now. Upgraded AppMan to the latest version. OS Mavericks, using Avid MC 8.4. As my system has to connect to the login once a month, I might havE trouble soon in continuing my editing.
HEY AVID, THERE IS A PROBLEM ON YOUR SYSTEM. YOUR SERVER IS NOT WORKING, SO PLEASE SORT THIS OUT! PEOPLE NEED TO DO THEIR JOBS.

BTW, does anyone has issues closing the app ? Mine won't disappear from the dock, even after a "force quit" command. And after that a finder -600 error when relaunching it ?
Anyway, hope Avid finds a solution very quickly. I'm seeing my august nights shrinking a lot :(((

Please fill in that form and explain that various people on various computers have problems with the Login. Otherwise we will be just dealing with having for week to just delete things on ou computers only, while the problem OBVIOUSLY lies in the Avid server. Thanks, Anita

There is definately an issue with the connection between appman and My Avid.
Vicky, Raff and my boss is escalating it now and we have a lot of tickets ( #'s ) that Raff and I gathered to support this issue.
Stand by while we see if IT can jump on it quickly

Same problem here. The Avid Application Manager keeps popping up (black cmd window) for a second, and when i look in the tray i see many instances (in black) of the app, none of which work.
It just stays stuck on Initializing or Authenticating.
I have so far had nothing but problems with absolutely all of the Avid software i have TRIED to use, including Pro Tools 10 (came with my Eleven Rack) and the Eleven software, oh and that f*cking iLok...and of course nothing works on USB 3 ports, even though USB 3 came out like over 6 years ago...
Plus my Eleven won't work as a regular sound card without Pro Tools...
All in all, best thing i can do is sell the *** thing, forget Pro Tools ever entered my life, and switch to cheaper & better, such as Reaper maybe. We'll see. Maybe Presonus. But so far my experience with Avid has been nothing but a nightmare.
I feel sorry for anyone buying this stuff new and paying full premium prices for software that doesn't work. At least i got my Eleven used...and used it will move on to some other sorry soul. I even feel bad about selling it, just because of that.

I'm getting "Application Manager is unable to connect to Avid Servers." I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm on OS 10.11.6. Are there folders or caches that I should try to delete? Please advise.
