We've got some footage that was brought in with only 2 audio tracks but there are 4 on the original tapes (DVC PRO HD) I need to batch capture to preserve our original master clips (as the footage has been used in groups and cuts) but when i batch capture it only wants to bring in the 2 original video tracks. Is there anyway to get around this so I can keep the master but add the 2 more tracks.
Thanks

You SHOULD be able to select the original clip Choose Clip dropdown menu \ Modify and Choose Tracks. If the clip has been used you will be told you need to Unlink the clip.To Unlink on Mac hold Cmd and Shift and Select the Clip dropdown Menu \ UnlinkYou can then Modify and add the 2 extra audio tracksThen Relink
Now you can batch capture your clips.
I suggest testing a couple of clips to make sure that the clips used in your timelines update properly
Capture settings (in your project window) Batch tab and un-tick the "capture the logged tracks for each clip"
Then do batch capture and manually set the desired tracks.
