I don't believe subscription-based software has a dongle file. Perpetual licenses have the dongle file option. And to keep a perpetual license updated you would need to contact a reseller to purchase a support contract for that specific perpetual license. Under My Products page are you looking at a subscription license or a perpetual license?

Hello. I'm attempting to configure Avid Web Services. The installation was normal. My only modification was to set the port from 80 to port 8080. Sorry, my bad. Titles do scale up as expected. Only subtitles need to be manually resized, which is minor.

I have been working on a project with HD transcodes. I have relinked to UHD camera originals and changed project to UHD. I can't find a way for the titles I created in HD to scale up to UHD. Do I really have to do this manually? Surely not...
