I have a GTX card in my system, and this is not working properly. My old card was Quadro Fx580 which works fine, but got carried away and bought a GTX Card to help with my Sony 4K Video. Im using 8.3.1 in terms of my licence. Ive tried rolling back drivers, and seeking whether I should re-install Windows 8.1 and use older drivers? Anyone else using

I find it instant on my laptop, so clearly its this desktop. Even going back to my old Quadro Card its the same.

Thanks Steve, yes it does it all the time. While it works, its frustrating waiting for box to come up. Once select the file, the link is very quick. Ive done a fresh install of OS and MC, but still the same. I assume, most experience instant opening of the AMA Box? Regards Hugh

I lost video playback. Can play the video in Bin, but when drag it to the time line or in Source monitor, there is audio but no video. Can drag to time line and same. My Source record windows are grey, not black. Any ideas. I did uninstall quiktime, but have reinstalled it and then did a full unistall/reinstall of MC

Returned to MC after not using it for a while, having few issues: When I select AMA Link, it takes a 30 seconds+ for the tab to open so you can then select files to link? Is this normal? Im linking to an external drive in a Nexstar Cradle via USB3

Ive uninstalled Quicktime and now no video in timeline or anywhere with Mc. Can hear audio, but no video or graphics. Doh! Assume need to do uninstall/reinstall of MC. Hugh MC 8.3.1

Im stuck on 8.4.2 and realise no longer entitled to support as didnt renew my perpetual licence. However is there a simple fix or should I go back to 8.3? Im only doing basic vids as hobbyist, but would be nice to do some titles. Hugh
