Just wondering if you had any luck with this error. I'm getting the same error message trying to export to a network drive (Editshare or NAS) but it works fine exporting to local drives. I'm running MC8.3.1 on Mac 10.10/10/11 but am testing out various combos to find something that works for me...

I know it's probably too much to ask that Avid will ever update the Symphony colour corrector but... It would be great if while you're grading in Master Clip mode, when you park on a clip all the other related clips are highlighted on the timeline. So you can get a sense of how many clips will be affected by changing the grade. That would help

How are you exporting? There is usually a "Create new sequence" checkbox in the dialogue if something like that is going to happen, so you just need to uncheck it.

You might be able to use the Scratch Removal effect (in the Image section) to replace part of the frame with a clean frame from earlier or later in the shot. Or the Paint effect can be useful. Depends on how bad it is and how much of the frame is affected.

When you drop the 25fps clips onto the 29.97 timeline a motion adaptor would have been automatically applied to adjust the frame-rate for the timeline.
