    John, I can't thank you enough for this tutorial. Wow! I had been beating my head against the wall trying to make SprectraMatte work for me (on a better lit wall it may have) but BCC Chroma Key and the recommended filtering performed a miracle.     Yep, you got it, DV. My only option to acquire the video is DVCAM. However, I must say that I gave the BCC Chroma Key tutorial a whirl and I am pretty impressed with the result. This example is my first time working with the BCC Chroma Key and BBC Filter effects. I still think I can get a better result with improved lighting on our CK screen. I swear

    Thanks, I'm skeptical I will be able to do this correctly, it seems quite complicated. I did find what appears to be a related tutorial on this procedure from John Lafauce and I thought I'd post it here in case someone stumbles on this thread with the same issue. It is an excellent view...but still complicated. Thanks again. http://community

    Hello all, I have been working with the SpectraMatte effect in Media Composer (version 3.1.3) for a project and have not been getting good results. I am thinking it might be due to poor lighting on the blue screen, but I've seen worse lighting key well. Also, our talent did show up with a light blue shirt (thank you producer) but it is nowhere near
