What is the Best Practical file format/codec way to send a 8min edited clip to another Avid User in distant city Preferably via FTP. Exporting uncompressed QT from Avid seems too big. Encoding QT/h264 in Squeeze and then importing back into Avid doesn't seem to have same acuity. Guess I could put 4 Gig uncompressed QT from Avid on a hard drive and
