SOLVED - No more issues as of 5/12/2021 Due to Salesforce platform issues out of our control, Avid is currently experiencing outages impacting multiple systems and services . We are actively working to resolve these issues but you won't be able to create your own case in MyAvid and access the Knowledge base etc.... Raff and or I will update you

Hey Team Community Great news I got from Monika this weekend.... I wanted to let you know that we have fixed a long standing ask in the forums. Double clicking a bin file (.avb) in Windows now works in MC 2020.12.2 and 2021.6 next month when it comes out. Monika has been working with Netflix on this bug ( MCCET-4051 ) and I wanted to let the peeps here

Jeroen According to Ed the product manager.... We did the 2020.7.6 patch after 2021.3.0 to back port the most critical fixes for a couple of customers that were reticent to go to 2021.3 (2021.3 has additional features and other changes). Overall we still recommend 2021.3.x (and this back patch will not be a typical thing going forward) XOXO Marianna
