Turns out PACE was missing from my system for some reason - downloaded the latest iLok license manager from their website and that fixed it. Thanks!

Ok so I had a weird disaster with Windows earlier today where the whole font subsystem crapped its pants - my taskbar looked like this and my fonts folder was looking a bit empty . A system restore fixed it - then it broke again. Initially I thought it was a dodgy Windows update, but I think it might actually be Avid FX and its associated Visual C+

Okay I have hit a huge problem - can't load any sequence that has track effects. I imagine this is a result of the above startup error (Avid being unable to initialize the audio effect and mixing system). Here's the error I get.

Wait, I figured it out. Turns out MC will select all keyframes in a section if you happen to have your in and out marks set and then click on a keyframe. Have somehow never encountered that before. Leaving this here for any other numbskulls who drive themselves crazy trying to figure it out.

Has something changed in a recent MC version? Suddenly when I try to move an individual audio keyframe it just moves all the keyframes in that clip. I can't select just one keyframe. Any time I try it just selects all of them. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. Is there some bizarre setting that has switched itself on?
