Hi Philip, I launched my MC 2021.12 as well as my beta 2022, two separate computers and separate OS, and in both instances, I'm seeing none of these issues. I think you're having an issue with either an unqualified graphics card or an unqualified monitor. This is why Avid qualifies these things.

When the next version of Media Composer is released, it may contain the qualification of macOS 12.3. Testing is looking very good, but it is still underway.

Yeah don't bother with all of that. It's a licensing bug, so no effort you undertake will fix it. I need to do something here on my end. So e mail me at chris.bove@avid.com and I can assist you.
