Your frustration is noted. Also note - I will not fix the issue by updating our software. I will fix the issue by having you email me at chris.bove@avid.com and make sure you include your MyAvid email address and the System ID you are having the issue with. That is the only way to fix the issue.

Peter, I have access to the servers. That's what I'm trying to tell you. 75% of the time, it's not a problem with the servers, but some sort of an accidental mishap that caused a glitch - like a customer tries to deactivate the license, and then closes their laptop lid before actually seeing if the signal went through. Also note -- the HP z820s were last supported on the Media Composer 2018 series. They've been unsupported ever since the 2019 series came out.

Did you say you're running an I/O Express? That device is 13 years old. I can't imagine it is capable of handling Media Composer 2021.12. I can do some digging for you to find out the most recent version of MC it is qualified for, but I don't think you're going to like the answer. Also... Did AJA say that driver 16.x is approved for

Nope. ETAs can't happen because the teams are going through their sprints & codewriting, as well as the subsequent exhaustive testing by staff, beta testers, and moderators. When it's ready, this group will be the first to know.
