Hi I just bought a month of script sync to help figure it out with my assistant and after activation in Avid Link and downloading the laguage pack folder. It seems like I still dont have the option to script sync and AVID seems to think I bouht a year licence. I alreay have AVID for a year. Anyideas or how to get my money back? Thanks

Hey, so since I've moved over to PC I've noticed my AVID has a slight pause when inserting, overwriting, and a bigger one when rendering a small effect. I have since tried premiere and there is no delay when doing these things. I have finally been able to upgrade my GPU and it's defiantly less of a gap but the gap is there none the less
