This is really good news. Thank you, camoscato!

I've always had a dongle before, but I wanted to be able to use a PC at work and one at home, and so I switched to the online activation. Now that I've done so, I don't seem to be able to deactivate my Home PC while I'm at work. With Adobe, this works flawlessly, but it seems that with Avid I need to actually de-activate my Home PC while

Since I work at a heartless corporation, they want out-of-the-box solutions for everything. My boss has said they want to get a "Precision 3660 Tower" from Dell and for a GPU it lists "Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080, 3660T". I used to know what was good and what was bad for PC parts, but I've long ago stopped keeping up with such endlessly

The only thing on my machine that's changed is the Avid version, but when I try to export to Quicktime reference, I get files that are entirely black, or I get an error that I need additional software from Quicktim to continue. So, if anyone has any ideas why this would suddenly happen or how to fix it, I really need your help. Because my Avid is

Thank you Job - I missed that when it happend. I appreciate this information.

I've been renewing happily for $240, I believe. I have had a dongle now for about 2 decades, and I have not paid extra to keep this feature. This year, it seems if I decide to renew, it will be $400 to keep it. This seems like a policy change. Has anyone else come across this?

It used to capture - now I can't get a preview. No input. Man, I am sure tired of trying to get analog stuff into my Avid. I have never found a product that regularly works - they all seem to break on a very regular basis. A while ago, I bought a Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4k, and it worked for a few months. Then that too broke with MC. I don't

That is a very fair point. I can control and record using the BM software. Just not MC. Haven't tried Adobe since last week. Right now, my priority is finishing a project, but I'll have to sort this out afterward. I appreciate you pointing out my flawed logic though. You're right about it affecting both.

Yeah, it's still not working for me. I don't know, but I would imagine that most people who get paid to edit don't have any personal control over what version of Windows they use, unless they also work in the IT department. Avid needs to sort that sh*t out. There's no excuse in 2020 for any software to not be compatible with Windows

Has anyone else had their Blackmagic box stop working? I can no longer use it for either Avid or Adobe.
