Thanks dear camoscato, we're communicating right now. According to Chris there was a know bug within version 2021.9 that prevent activation. Now this is not my issue, Avid needs to fix 2021.9 since 2021.12 is pass my support plan that was expired Dec.2th 2021.12 was issued Dec 16. As I said I have total of 2 dongle license, one is good till Dec
