We were on 2018.12.3 and i upgraded our suites to the patch release 2018.12.6 and upgraded our NEXIS Client to 19.6.x from 19.2.2 and the problem has gone for us. I'll bear this reccomendation in mind to bring us up to the above,

Hi there, Going through my notes when we had this it was a combination of two faults: A) background Bin Save needed to be toggled off B) One of an editors go to effects in his kit of parts stopped his bin saving. Also, as soon as you parked on the effect MC would throw up error messages. Recreating the effect rather then drag and drop from old effect

Hi, we had this in an edit. We found we had to run 'Background Bin Save' in the console command to resolve this however only in one project. we've been lucky not to see this elsewhere (Running 2018.12.6)

I'm inclined to agree, Certainly since moving from 8.9 i've noticed once in a blue moon I/O issues arise varying from guide VO coming through 'Roboticised' to after a few seconds of play the picture on the broadcast monitor begins to stutter. AJA releases 13, 14 and 15 create further issues so once in a while most suites require a reinstall

We also have this issue with MC 2018.12.3, HP z840, AJA Kona 12.3 (i know its an old driver but all other drivers cause more harm then they are worth!)
