I updated to the latest version 2019.8 and that fixed it. Thanks!

Hi All, I am on MC 2019.6 and when I double-click a linked clip it will load into the source monitor but the monitor is not activated so when I hit play after the double-click it plays in the bin. This does not happen with imported master clips, only linked AMA clips. I am sure there is a simple setting somewhere that I am missing. Thanks! Kirk

I just installed this version through the App Man and my subscription is good until December 17, 2018 but my dongle says it expires on the same date in 2017. I am unable to open MC. I tried downloading the dongle updater file but I got a wrong activation id error.

I haven't had to log a ton of material in a while and I was wondering if maybe Avid snuck this by me. Is there a way to shuttle using JKL withouth the shift pitch? Thanks! Kirk
