    Import Mpeg4 into liquid 7.2

    Hi Guys,

already checked through the forums on this and found a solution but it simply does not work.

Had footage shot with sony ex1's onto SxS cards, at 720/25p which i wanted. got the footage onto a harddrive, and put on my edit suite. When i go to import this footage into avid liquid it freezes, seems like it recognises the file but is refusing to accept it. the files came in .mp4 (with .SMI file type ???)

do i use Xrecieve function or whould it just be simple drag and drop into project?

    Very frustrating,

    please Help,
