frame capture snapshot export to jpg

I just want to capture a frame as a picture. In Liquid it was a snapshot.   Somehow I am not seeing this option , but I know it has to be simple. Thanks.

Find the frame you want to create the JPG from, Mark IN then Export.  In the Options, change it to "Graphic" and then change the parameters as desired.

I'm re-counting the process from memory, so forgive me if there are omissions.

Thanks, that worked - so your memory is good.  I did notice that the capture was 352x243 which probably is  my record monitor size in the workspace - not the project size of 720x1080.   I captured that way and then again by changing the size to 720x1080 - and the quality was certainly better.

I guess this seems a like a bit of a process over other editors I have used.  I wonder if MC5 changes this ? Or if there are some other options.

    ADDED:  I don't think MC5 changed this
