Hi, My Annual Software and Support Plan have expired just outside the 30 day limit. I have Media Composer Perpetual and have tried logging onto the crossgrade site, as directed in My Avid. This site seems to be permanently off line. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

Please email me directly your Media Composer system ID and I will check on it.

BTW Avid no longer offer crossgrade for Media Composer.
