    ALT + Deactivate Track - What does this mean?

    When I'm using ALT + Deactivate Track button (on audio tracks), a frame appears, it seems that it's limited to 16 tracks, what does this mean? I'm just curious.

    It sets the tracks that will continue to play when speeding/scrubbing. Notice the square around the icon.
