I'm running Media Composer 8.9.1 on a mid-2011 iMac and while I like how the revamped audio mixer appears to take up less space on the screen I noticed that I can no longer use TAB and SHIFT+TAB to go the the next or previous gain slider. I'm guessing this isn't a deliberate move, so would be nice to get it back!
PS: And if you're gonna fiddle with audio mixer keyboard shortcuts anyway, how about adding one for "-∞"? I usually just type in "-96" if I want to mute a clip but it would be nice to get the option to turn it down completely without reaching for the mouse.
That was logged as a bug when 8.9 first came out. It's on the to-do list for a coming fix. Hopefully soon because it's just a big time saver.

Yep this is fixed on the next release. Bug number MCCET-2013.

Hi Thee,
I don't believe this bug has been addressed yet - Bug number MCCET-2013. At least not in 8.9.2 which I'm running now. It still does not allow you to move between phaders in the audio mix tool, and it doesn'e seem to be listed as a fix in 8.9.3 "read me". Any word as yet when this will be fixed? Or am I missing something.
Thanks, Wren

No it hasn't but it's on the list for the next release apparently.
