I would find it really useful if the markers/locators window had a date column when the locator was created.  A modification date wouldn't be a bad idea too.

These are regularly used for notes on a cut, you can tell what it is, you can tell which user put it there, but it would be really nice to know when they did it without hoping they had the time to type a date in the Comment text.

I know there are other enhancements requested about the Marker window (wrap around text, hide/show columns) but I'd like to add this to the list!
