How to stop a bin drawing frames in frame view or script view?

    Hey folks,

sadly, ctrl full stop doesn't work on this, like it does when drawing the audio waveform on the timeline.

Basically, I'm working in XDCam50 - and in order to get script view to show up with head frames so I know what shots are, I need to flick the machine into SD. Then I go back to HD when doing a viewing.

However, from time to time, I forget to go back to SD before match framing a clip or something post viewing. and when the bin opens up, all I get is 'shash' for the frame, and it'll take about 2 or 3 minutes to draw out the 20 or so clips that way.

It's a bug with the system here, and no way to fix - but is there a way to stop it drawing the frames, so I can just go back to text view? (Just clicking the text view tab isn't enough).

    Thanks,

    John

I work in someone else's nest, so it's always different. [view my complete system specs]

Success is merely a failure to imagine more...
