Is there a way of making an application open on the 2nd monitor.

Which application? I got Firefox to start on my second monitor. IIRV, it involved opening the app, not maximizing it, moving it to the right screen, not maximizing it, closing the app, launchimg the app, maximizing it, and after that, it would stick.

For some reason Resolve will only open on my left number 1 monitor. No matter what I do?
