Brand new Avid on z400 w/MC 5.5.2. Running fine for weeks. Install the XDCAM AMA files, and poof! AMPI Error. We're about to deploy 41 new systems .....

I had the same problem a few weeks back with 5.51. Was only on occaison though and has since gone away.

Have upgraded to 5.52 and no problems.

Have no idea why, sorry I am of no help.
