Any sign of Windows 7 x64 support?

Seriously: it's out since October 2009 and you already support Vista - what takes this long?

Even taking Avid's notoriously inflexible, feet-dragging corporate culture and very slow reaction times into account it's still waaay overdue...

    My mistake - I thought it's obvious that I mean supporting MC4.x on W7...

There is no plan to support MC 4.x on Windows 7 right now. Development and Testing is all being focused on MC 5 and beyond. If that changes, I can let you know here.

BTW, the intention to not support MC 4 on Win 7 was announced a very long time ago.

Nope, not obvious.  At any rate, MC4 development is over, so I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for them to qualify it with Windows 7.  If you search the forums you'll find some posts from users who have gotten it to work, and maybe some of that info will help you.
