Can I create a GIF within MC?  If so, how?

Pretty much every GIF maker out there, be it an app or a service you subscribe to, has better tools in both efficiency and quality. Meaning, GIFs are essentially "non-video videos" that exist in a completely different color space/ecosystem, so the titles, mosaics, stickers, emojis, and other effects are all callibrated specifically for that ecosystem. 

So, while you "could" probably hotwire a few things in MC to make one, I'd recommend simply exporting the video from MC and then go make a GIF elsewhere.
