Hi Folks,

Is it possible to rename the folder of the proxy media and still have it come online?  I've tried it and the proxies won't show up any more.  

For reference I'm talking about changing "systemfolder.1" to an alternate name "media_date" for example, this works perfectly fine with normal storage as long as the original folder has been indexed.  The proxy feature doesn't seem to be able to recognise the new folder though.

Is this a known limitation?

This can be done, it will likely will requre a restart of the noitifications service. Contact Customer Care for more inforation on how to do this if needed.
