So is there a way to convert a sequence to a multicam clip? Due to the pressures of location filming (ahem) it is often easiest to sync clips on a timeline, but I want a multicam from that timeline, so that when I (for instance) match frame, it goes to the multicam clip not the source camera clip.

Other NLEs do this (just saying....).

It's literally right click the record monitor and create group?!
