We have NEXIS E4 running v21.5.0.43 and have been using it macos 10.15.7, NEXIS Client 20.7.5.23 and MC 21.6 with no problems....
....until a staff member updated his client to macos 11.6.1.
I want to update the NEXIS client to see if that helps, but the latest version in the download centre is 21.3.How do I get hold of 21.5 to match our NEXIS version?
Edit: just thought to try in my Avid Account products page under Software downloads and links. But that only lists 21.8 while we had 21.5 installed in August. What's wrong with 21.5 that's causing Avid to hide it?
You will have to download it from your my.avid account. The Download center is for ISIS customers and is no longer supported with new versions of the OS, thus the client hasn't been uploaded.

Thanks for the reply Bob.
That seems weird because the download page is called NEXIS and does list 2021.3 under current versions. There's are 3 separate links for ISIS.
My avid.com account only lists 21.8 but 21.5 was installed on our system by the vendors and I'm not ready to upgrade that.Do you think using the 21.8 client with 21.5 NEXIS could cause problems?
The NEXIS client on the Download Center is specifically for ISIS customers to support new versions of the OS. It's easier to place the client there instead of releasing an entire ISIS Kit. There won't be any issue using the 12.8 client with a System Director running 21.5. This is fully supported and the traditional method to upgrade a NEXIS system; upgrade the clients first and then the System Director.
Thanks again - that's good to know.
