Hi all,
When I am working with Symphony CC, any action or grade I make in all Symphony's tools doesn't take effect immediatly, in order to see the change I need to touch the timeline or make another change on the same tool immediatly.
Really annoying bug!

Any Fix comming soon?

2018.x is no longer developed. But maybe it has beem solved in the latest version of the branch 2018.12.15. https://avid.secure.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/user_guide/Media-Composer-2018-Documentation

You can run a command to make this work, but it is not officially supported by AVID. 1. Install the NEXIS 7.1 client on your MAC OS X Sierra system. 2. Open a terminal and run this command: sudo -b /Applications/AvidNEXIS/AvidNEXISClientManager.app/Contents/MacOS/AvidNEXISClientManager This allows you to mount drives using the echatrandom NEXIS 7.1 client.

I think this above comment is mistakenly commenting on something else, but in response to your problem, I'm running Symphony on 2018.12.15 and not having this issue.

On a related note, 2018.12.15 is very stable and works well. Definitely upgrade if you can.
