I cant believe I'm actually posting this again but can we please have motion blur in both resize and in frameflex. 

Come on Avid. This is long overdue. 

I'm still using 2018.12 so forgive me if this has been addressed in the later versions.

It isn't on the later versions. Why do you need a blur effect in the resize tool anyway? Can't you just nest the blur effect? I have boris FX which gives me more control over blurs so I don't really know how good the blur effect is

Motion blur is just the start the whole lot needs updating...hasn't changed for 10 years!

I believe Saphire handles this very well, but it's hardly worth paying a grand just to get something as basic as a motion blur on a zoom. Agreed, Avid needs to overhaul it's effects badly.
