I have a new user who cannot log in and cannot be editied or removed via the Management Console. All I get is the error message "Failed: Invalid User ID" when I try.
How do I remove this user?
I'm running Nexis v2019.6 on E4 chassis.

Thank you for opening the case for me. I've had one remote support session so far, but it's bothersome to reply via email due to the automatic quarrantine of html e-mails.
Do you know how I would go about getting sufficient privilges to view and reply to the case via my Support page?
Log into My Avid and select Access the Support Center (Portal). You can update the case in there.
That's where I went, but all I get is:
Insufficient Privileges You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary. For more information, see Insufficient Privileges Errors.
The link takes me to the Salesforce.com login page. It doesn't take my Avid credentials.
Thank you to the AvidRescue support people. No ideas on how or why this happened, but via a remote session and MobaXterm, Anthony T. was able to delete the "Invalid User" and I then re-created him. No issues.
Except that even support misses the "classic" Flash-based Isis/Nexis admin console. Has anyone suggested a private browser just for Isis/Nexis?
