    xeon 4 core or i7 8 core?

I sm looking at some refurbished PCs from HP. The majority that they have are xeon. I was wondering if there is any difference with performance if I decided to go with a i7 8 core instead. Looking to pull the trigger in a day or 2 for a new system. I am at the end with my current setup.

I just bought a refurb z840, 3 year warranty. Their web site lets you build the system to your liking. I ended buying a new Nvidia RTX2060 Super video card and putting that in here. TekSavers, Inc. in Texas. Jose was very helpful.

Go for the i7. 4 cores is low.
