    Application Manager problems

    Hi,

     

    I am having problems with signing in with Application Manager. I am able to use MediaComposer, but when I try to sign in on Application Manager, it only says "Getting subscription data". Nothing happens for hours, even days. The version is 2018.10, the latest version. Any solutions?
