I posted this already in an other thread, but I now think this is a majog "bug" and should be adress in the next release because it's a big bummer.
It seems that if I use a subclip from a multicam (for example a specific answer in an interview with two cameras) in my sequence, if I use the match frame function it brings me back to the multicam's master clip instead of the multicam's subclip. This is really annoying... Any way to have MC load the Subclip instead of my masterclip like it does with regular non-multicam clip ?
Hi JPBU,
I created a case and send it to support team 03606013.

Looks like a bug as there are 3 cases on this as of now. I associated the bug to your case so the support rep knows there are others and can get right on it.

Juste received this email from Avid support:
Hello Jean-Philippe, So engineering has informed me that there has already been an ongoing feature request for this. Apparently this has been a limitation in Media Composer. Here's the feature request number for your reference: MCCET-2214 I will be closing this ticket now, if/when they have updates regarding this I will reopen the case and let you know. Have a nice weekend! Kind regards, Karen
