Exception: DIDReader::XraiseUnexpectedStreamStatus async file system error

I get this error when transcoding AMA linked XAVC and XDCAMEX media. This just started happening, doens't matter which target drive I choose, or which workstation, this error message keeps popping up.

Exception: DIDReader::XraiseUnexpectedStreamStatus async file system error

This is standard workflow for us too - AMA link, transcode to DNx45, edit with LB proxies, relink later - so it's odd there are problems occuring now. Unless both sets of media I'm trying to transcode each contain corrupt clips?

I'm not sure, if anyone else has experience with this one please let me know I've seen this error on older threads but not pertaining to this transocding issue.

    Thanks!

Corrupt media is would be my first guess.

Have you tried previous confirmed media or a different version of  Avid and/or XAVC plugin?

Repeated attempts beyond this error message yield this error:

Exception: Failed to get the sample size from the AMA plugin.

So I just tried previoulsy confirmed media and that is transcoding normally. Maybe two sets of media unfortunately became corrupt?

I suppose doing a batch encode in Media Encoder could be a work around for this one.
