MC 8.9.3 Trial Crashes Every 30 min. on Windows 10 x64

Hi, I downloaded the Media Composer 8.9.3 trial about a week ago.

I'm working on a simple video intended for the web.

It's not clear why, but the application crashes about every 20-30 min. There is no error message; the application just freezes and I get Windows message asking if I want to close the program or wait for it to respond. If I wait nothing happens. If I close and reopen, it reverts to the last saved state.

I am running this on Windows 10 in a homemade computer with an Asus x99A-USB3.1 motherboard, i7 5820K CPU, 64GB DDR4 memory and a Diamond Radeon HD 7700 graphics card with 1GB memory.

I've ordered a graphics card with 2GB memory after seeing a warning message from MC.

Could the limited graphics card be causing this?

Any other suggesions would be welcomed.

I would look at a flaw in system RAM or component overheating either CPU or GPU.

Dell Display U2713HM(2560x1440), AMD FX8350 8core, AMD 990FX mobo, 32gig-DDR3-1600, Quadro K620/GTX260/core 216, Audigy2zs, 1TB SSD system drive, 2TB SATA... [view my complete system specs]

    Using MC 8.4. Avid FX6.4, Vegas Pro 15/ DVD Architect 6pro, DVDit6.4proHD, CCE Basic, TmpGe Express4, TmpGe Authoring Works 4, DVDLab-Studio. Sony EX-1R, Canon XH-A1, GL2, GL1, Canon EOS 60D
