Whenever I try to connect to the external monitor connected to the Mojo on AvidFX, the OpenGL interactors go away. Anyone seen this?

    fx3400 driver 77.18

    xpressHD v5.2.4 with mojo

Sorry, but I'm not quite sure what you mean by "the OpenGL interactors go away." Could you please clarify this?

    Re: Disappearing OpenGL interactors

When the external monitor is not activated, The OpenGL interactor arrows are visible.

When I activate the external monitor, they disappear.

I take it this is not normal.

    The system is new.

You are right! I am experiencing the same problem. The OpenGL Interactor is the arrows which indicates the X,Y, and Z axes for those of you that are wondering what they are. I am going to try different drivers to see if it would change with my FX 3000

I tried rolling back to the 6.7.2.2 drivers, to no avail.

    Re: Disappearing OpenGL interactors

I Know that it worked with one of the earlier 5.xx version but can't say which one. It is really funny that, I didn't notice it until you brought it to my attention. Thanks!

    Re: Disappearing OpenGL interactors

    Looks like a Avid Bug.

Does anyone from Avid here respond or do I need to send it to them?

    Thanks

    Re: Disappearing OpenGL interactors

    Hey Tex,

I tested this inhouse here at Avid, and I could indeed repro it.  We are going to log it as a bug and let engineering know, and we will get going on a fix for it.  Thanks for the heads up on that.
