    Launching NewBlue Titler pro 4

    HI,

I installed New Blue titler pro 4 ultimate and activate license.

Titler pro 4 works as stand alone but I cannot launch titler from media composer effect mode.

Titler Editor window open but it was not responding at setting library progress bar at 6%.

Deactivate license and uninstall and re-install, titler does not launching still.

Does anyone have information about this ?

    Thanks Kirk,

I found the cause of this problem. Follows are just information.

Condition 1: Not rendered video effect is on the track. In my case mozaic. There might some effect occurres this problem, I suspect.

Condition 2: Create viedo track and Titler pro effect is overwraped vied effect.

If this conditions meets, Titler editor hung-up. Once hunged, Titler editor does not work after re-starting MC.

Workaround: Rendering video effect, then put on Titler effect.

This problem is occurred at MC 8.2.6.

Anyway, I will report to NewBlue support.

    Thanks again.
