We need a lot more information to start. What version of MC, and one which OS? Are the bins local, on a shared network drive, an ISIS system, etc.?

DIY quad core I7-4790K, 32Gb, NVidia GTX 970 4GB, Win 10 Pro, MC(generally the latest or the one just before), MC 7.x [view my complete system specs]

If you copy the project to your local drive can you open it?

Create a new project and copy the bins to the new project folder and see if you can open the bins.
