Can't import any media - 'a slide length of 0 is not supported for import'

    Hello all,

Can't seem to find anyone with a similiar problem, it's a strange one!

I can't import any media at all. Each time I try I get the error "a slide length of 0 is not supported for import'

I know I can link to AMA and transcode but I need to import an AAF and it's not happening at the moment. I'd really appreciate any help!

Is it only that AAF that won't import?

Can you import a jpg or wav file?

Is the media drive location valid?

Within MC can you create tone media or create a title to that media location?

Have you created a fresh new user and tested with that?

What Project format are you using?

    Hi Pat,

Thanks for getting back so quickly.

It looks like it was a corrupt user profile that was causing the problem, all sorted now.

    Thanks again!
