When working with studio shows and multicamera clips it would save enourmous amounts of time if there were eight buttons—A1, A2, etc. up to A8—on the audio mixer like the ones in the colour correction tool that would allow you to ALT-click and save up to eight audio mix presets for quick application onto other clips.
For example:
If there's already a feature to make this equally simple that I've missed I'd love to hear about it. Otherwise, I think this, combined with mappable Command Palette buttons, would be an easy but effective solution.
This would be very useful. +1
It would also be great to batch apply to source clips in a bin.

By the way, does anyone know if there's a keyboard button for -∞ (off) in the audio mixer? Without a set of preset buttons by current workflow involves a lot of Tab-Tab-[value]-Tab-Tab-[value] in the audio mixer to set levels as quickly as possible, but if I want to completely mute a track without removing it I still have to use the mouse and drag the slider. Anyone know of a key?
Edit: If there isn't, could I make that a cheeky addition to this feature request? Maybe - - (minus-minus) or Home/End for +12db/-∞?
