I have received the "License renewal failure" again after  month of purchase. This happened before in December and I had to but another subscription. Avid 8.3 just wont renew after 1 month for me. It says activation server could not be reached. 

I've already contacted Avid, but  2 times in a row now? And I had to but another subscription last time it didn't wor, so I was wondering if anyone keeps having this same issue? I noticed that it doesn't charge the credit again too.

UPDATE: I think I know what's going on. If the problem persists, I'll let everyone know.

ping me if you are stuck.....  Normally the renewal occurs roughly the same time each month if autorenewal is on.  Most of the issues I have seen with monthly is when people use credit crads that they add $ too.  If they dont get the $ in to the card on time, the store kicks back the renewal and the license lapses.
