I am learning to use AudioSuite to reduce wind noise in clips. I use EQ3 1-Band and adjust notch filter to reduce wind noise. I would like to apply the same effect/settings across many clips--i.e. copy effect to many clips. I have watched tutorial about copying video effects (but frankly forgot how to do it). Can I do this for AuidoSuite "effect" and if so how?
I think this is a different topic from my running post on subject of how to reduce wind noise so started a new post. After this one I will be quiet for a few days hopefully.

I would think that the easiest way to do this would be to put all the clips you want the effect applied to on 1 audio track by themselves then apply the effect to the whole track (One of the 5 buttons in the track control panel)
Others here may well know easier ways. (I do not use audio effects in MC so this was the first way I found that worked for me using 8.1 on a Mac)
I opened the Audio Suite window. Applied the effect to a clip and set my parameters.Dragged the resultant effect icon to a bin. With my timeline position indicator over the clip (with the deesired effect and Audio Suite window still open) used my red segment mode to Shift click on all the clips I wanted to apply the effect to and then double click on the Effect icon I dragged to the bin.

Using markers on the timeline and the hamburger icon inside the audio suite box to select effects to be applied to all clips in to out might be what you are looking for

Thank you Tomas. Markers and hamburger worked for me and is a great method.
I marked clips with In/Out. Opened AudioSuite in Tools; used drop down to select EQ 3 1-Band; clicked on big effects icon next to dropdown and that opened window that shows adjustments. After making adjustments I then selected OK which closed adjustment window and made hamburger in Audio Suite Window available to open. Opened hamburger menu and selected "Set Audio Suite PlugIn--In/Out" which put effect on audio tracks I had selected with In/Out. I then selected "Render AudioSuite Plugins On Track-In/Out" and wind noise was reduced.
By the way, the first method you mentioned (put effect in bin) is the one I had read about--but since I rarely used it I forgot how to do it and thanks for reminder. Dennis

Thank you Andrew and apologies for not properly acknowledging your suggestion. I need to review use of the 5 buttons in track control panel to use your first method. And your method of dragging effect icon into bin was the one I had read about and then forgot how to do (there are times when I am away from editing for several months and have to "re-learn" parts of MC). Whilst working with Pro Tools recently I started to wonder if a couple of PT's shortcuts I regularly use would work in MC timelines. . (I do not use audio Plug-ins an MC so apologies if these are well known) The first couple I found that did were
To copy an audio effect with its setup to other tracks. Alt (Option Mac) click on the tracks Plug- in button and drag to it to your desired track.
To alternate between effect Activated and Bypass Ctrl ((CMD Mac) click on the track effects plug-in button.
